Good Home Wanted

You may remember this makeover I did last year of Miss Maybelle March bunny. I bought her in TKMaxx a few years ago, she wore a rather uninspiring beige checked dress and desperately needed a new outfit.

Since the makeover I'm afraid she hasn't been treated very well, stuffed into corners or dumped in cupboards. There is just no room for her in the Bloom house and she's about had enough! (who can blame her?)

So, with it being March and Easter coming up it seemed appropriate to allow her to go to a new home, one where she will be loved and cherished and given pride of place.

If you would like to re-home Miss Maybelle, please leave a comment on this post before 8pm GMT on Sunday 15th March. Anyone, anywhere can enter, but remember, a bunny is for life, not just for Easter!

  4. If she came to live with me, she would have so many friends and her own doll room to live in away from us human's. She would be welcomed by some 500 or so dollies and fuzzy friends.

She could also enjoy the story I am writing on my blog about a Rabbit Family, Hattie,Jake & the babies, sissy & skipper.

I think she pretty much looks like I picture Hattie looking, the perfect mommy. I might have to complete her family if she comes to live here.

  10. Do you think she would like to come and live in Australia?? I do and the weather is slightly cooler now( that would be because of the impending cyclone) and we are away from the dreaded bush fire zone...she would be safe she would be cared for and she will probalby be cuddled within an inch of her life!! ( by my children...though I might be inclined for the odd cuddle or two).

  11. Oh, Miss Maybelle would love living with me and my other bunnies! While they're all from the Bunnies-by-the-Bay clan, they welcome warm fuzzies regularly and are my special companions each time my husband deploys. They would certainly be interested to hear all about her makeover (my fashion magazines intrigue them) and would be good friends.

    :)

  32. Yes, a bunny is fur-ever and fur-ever. I would be very pleased to adopt this little gal that needs to move into a new home. In the summertime there is pink clover for her to nibble and in the winter there is a feather bed to keep her warm and toasty. She would be surrounded in love by the Veleveteen Rabbit who knows what it means to be real and he would show his new friend the road to travel.
